The search this afternoon for the missing man off the CBBT ran for more than 6 hours of flying time. The searches are about wrapped up. Local authorities are onscene with side-scan sonar and divers; they've locate something on the sonar, but the divers have been unable to locate it in the murk of the bay.
And, while we think we know the name of the man, we have -- as of yet -- been unable to locate any family.
From what we have been able to piece together, his story is likely to be an interesting one, a bit like fiction in a short story collection. More to follow.
May his soul rest easy.
