Looking for a qualified, professional emergency-response leader

Pundits and politicians continue:
"Michael Brown's departure from FEMA is long overdue, and his resignation is the right thing for the country and for the people of the Gulf Coast states," Representative Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat and House minority leader, said in a statement. "President Bush's next FEMA director must be a qualified emergency-response professional with the leadership experience to manage this disaster and future emergencies."
Let's find some tea leaves, shall we?
