The Bush administration has told a federal judge that terrorism suspects held in secret CIA prisons should not be allowed to reveal details of the "alternative interrogation methods" that their captors used to get them to talk. And anyone actually wonders why much of the world maligns America? I'm wondering if we will ever be able to take the high, moral ground again. We move, I assert, deeper and deeper into the abyss, a Philip Dick envisioned world. I'm not sure this is the world I want for my sons. There has got to be a better way, a way where we can "fight terrorism" but still maintain a hold on our morals and our Constitution.
