Perhaps he ought to stick with law, not economics?

When I saw this, I just had to stop and wonder...

Sen. Lindsey Graham is unhappy with President Bush again. This time it’s because prices are too cheap at Wal-Mart, and it’s Bush’s fault.

Huh? Well, it seems that Senator Graham believes that the Chinese are holding their currency down and that is making it so their products cost us less than they should. So, in a play for American business, Senator Graham would have the American person pay more for stuff.

Oh, that makes sense.

Senator Graham is a bird colonel in the Air Force Reserve and is assigned to the Air Force Administrative Law Division at the Pentagon. I'm sure he's a great attorney; he might need to brush up on his economics however. I'd be willing to bet that South Carolina's poor don't want to spend more for stuff.

I wonder if the Senator has gone through his own homes and tossed out everything made in China...
