Required reading for those interested in maritime security
The Congressional Research Service has published their report to Congress titled Maritime Security: Potential Terrorist Attacks and Protection Priorities. My thanks to the folks at the Federation of American Scientists and their continuing effort to maintain transparency in government. I highly recommend their Secrecy News, "a project on government secrecy." They always have interesting stuff; here's what's on top this morning:
