Robert Frost and Carl Von Clausewitz drink from the same well

Robert Frost

I didn't realize that Frost and Clauswitz were so similar in thought.

Robert Frost, American poet, suggested "what are wars but politics transformed from chronic to acute and bloody."

Carl Von Clausewitz, Prussian military theorist, wrote "War is the continuation of politics by other means."

Poetry and national strategy married by Frost and Clausewitz. I am fulfilled.
