Not torture?

I wonder how anyone can say waterboarding isn't torture.

From Joby Warrick and Dan Eggen in today's Washington Post:
his captors strapped him to a board, wrapped his nose and mouth in cellophane and forced water into his throat in a technique that simulates drowning.
I think the new Attorney General ought to try it out... and then see if he's not sure if it's torture...
