Reasonable questions

Don Tabor at Tidewater Liberty writes Breach of Trust, Unanswered Questions. He asks a series of questions about the Detective Jarrod Shivers / Ryan Frederick incident and the ensuing investigation and charges. Reasonable questions that ought to be answered sooner rather than later.

  1. I know I don't usually find myself on the side of the "bad guys", but in this particular case, I find myself wondering what knucklehead authorized this particular raid...

Putting myself in the position of a guy who is simply trying to defend his home, I can easily come to the conclusion that I'm justified shooting whoever may come through my front door in the middle of the night, police or not... Welcome to America and the 2nd Amendment.

Knowing this, the police should have taken a different approach - and I would argue, should seriously reconsider their tactics when serving warrants under such conditions. Just my .02 cents MM

  2. I have a question about a posting on CGblog. The Commandant gave his speech to the National Press Club and mentioned specifically "interrogating
cargo". What does he mean by
    "interrogating"?

    Please post this on CGblog.org
